Call me a hermit but up until very recently i had no idea who Rachel Zoe was. Don't get me wrong, now that i do, my life hasn't become any better with the knowledge of her existence. In fact i couldn't agree more with Mr. Schuman, that its a shame that the fashion industry is only represented in the media by people like her, rather than all those who work without always being in the spotlight, who are elegant but discrete, and who love what they do and don’t need to talk about themselves 24/7.
The actual reason for mentioning this woman is that i have noticed that she seriously knows how to rock maxi's like no other. I love her laid back slightly bohemian style and adore the way she dresses her maxis up and down. Anyone who knows, will testify to the fact that i have a unhealthy obsession with maxi dresses... and since coming across this little lady's style i'm loving my dear maxis even more (if that's possible).

I didnt know who she was either until she had her baby and she was always in the papers/magazines, and i have also noticed she wears some pretty fabulous maxi dresses but then she has pick of some of the best names in the fashion industry.
ReplyDeletethanks for your comment sis... and i agree that its easier for these stars to look amazing as they have the best of everything available to them but i loved her style simply becuase of its relaxed bohemian influence and the fact that so many of her outfits can be easily adapted into modest wear (which ofcourse is not on her priority list). its nice to see a celebrity's personal style reflect a more 'covered' approach to dressing... :)xxx
